1.1. Acceptance: By registering and using the Platform's services, the User accepts and agrees to all clauses of these Terms and Conditions, future updates, and the Platform’s security policies.
1.2. Financial Risk: AI-driven trading is inherently high-risk. The tronminer Platform provides no written or implicit guarantee regarding fixed profits or capital preservation and bears no liability for potential losses.
1.3. Eligibility and Single Account: The User must be of legal age. Each User is permitted to have only one account.
2.1. Structural and Network Violation: Any activity that compromises the Platform’s systemic security, including multi-accounting, referral system abuse, suspicious deposits, or organized scheme participation, constitutes a severe structural violation.
2.2. Systemic Dependency: The Platform uses technical tools to detect fraud. The User agrees that verification of an account’s dependency on a compromised network (based on technical evidence like IP overlap and transactional patterns) constitutes a structural violation, even if the User was not directly referred.
2.3. Third-Party Responsibility: The Platform is not responsible for the statements, promises, or misuse of funds by third parties, including "referrers" or "group leaders."
3.1. Right to Immediate Termination: The Platform reserves the right to permanently suspend or terminate an account without prior notice upon detecting any rule violation or verifying systemic and structural fraud.
3.2. Asset Forfeiture: In case of termination due to structural violation, the User agrees that all assets within the account (including principal capital and accrued profit share) shall be entirely and permanently forfeited and deemed non-refundable.
3.3. Non-Appealable Decision: The Platform’s decision regarding suspension and asset forfeiture is final and non-appealable.
